These are high alumina dense fire bricks suitable for furnaces, forges, kilns and ovens. They are of 230 x 115 x 75mm (Approx) They should be assembled with fire cement.
Our Firebricks can withstand temperatures up to 1300/1400ºC degrees Celsius. Fire bricks make excellent abrasive resistant floors, such as those found on the Hearths & Floors of Pizza Ovens , wood ovens, Kilns, furnaces, forges and other applications. (GD stands for approximate % Alumina. If you see 42GD, you know the brick contains approximately 42% Alumina)
Note: Bricks are not insured in the postal/carriage system, therfore they are sent at the purchasers risk and any that arrive damaged from transit will not be replaced or refunded unless dispatched by pallet delivery.
